Yumeno-kun has arrived. I'm not sure whether to be happy or upset about it. ... She's from 2 years ago and doesn't seem to know that I was connected with Kuromi.

I'll have to tell Jun to keep his mouth shut about certain things. I don't want her finding out and messing up time.

I would like to hold off on Yumeno-kun finding out about Usamimi and my brother's and my own involvement with the Dark Power for as long as possible. I'm sure some curse will inform her eventually, knowing my luck, but until then, do not inform her of either topic.

Might I guess it's not the happiest of reunions, considering the time discrepancies? I can only imagine what it would be like to find myself temporally ahead of Van Helsing if he were to come back.

Not that you should toy with your world's continuity, of course, but the odds that she would remember anything once leaving the City are very slim. Most of us don't take our memories along when we leave... at least, that appears to be the general consensus. So really, the odds are in favour of your world remaining wholly unaffected by any actions taken in the City.

I would suggest that the small risk of skewing time is worth your peace of mind, but that would almost sound like encouragement, wouldn't it?

Jun and I remembered the City when we returned home. That's what makes me uneasy about it. .. I also promised Kuromi I'd wait for her.
